Administrators are responsible for overseeing and managing the team's day to day customer traffic of requests and issues. This role involves a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth customer transactions  

 Solution Architects are highly certified, experienced and well entrenched within ServiceNow implementations.  They are the technical advisement and innovation leaders of the ServiceNow team

 ServiceNow Account Executives are responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and presenting ServiceNow solutions to address those needs.
